Bob plays a pivotal role in shaping legislative decisions and policies to help the people of his district live and raise families, earn a living, access education and quality health care, and build their futures.

Bob has championed major legislative efforts focused on public safety, economic development, healthcare access, infrastructure improvements, and community revitalization.

He continues to fight to provide property tax relief, especially for seniors, veterans, and working families, create good-paying jobs, stand up to the gun lobby to protect our communities from violence, and support a woman’s right to chose.

Bob is a member of Local #150, graduated from Eisenhower High School and attended Governors State University. He is a proud father of Ashley and grandfather to five grandchildren.
